About the role

CliniWings Evidence Consultancy is hiring a Sr. Systematic Literature Reviewer to lead the design and delivery of systematic, targeted and rapid literature reviews for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare clients.

You will own review quality from protocol to final report, guide junior reviewers and work closely with our HEOR, RWE and biostatistics colleagues. This role suits an experienced reviewer who wants more ownership and leadership.

Key responsibilities

  1. Write review protocols and define PICO questions and eligibility criteria
  2. Design and run searches in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane and grey literature
  3. Lead abstract and full-text screening, data extraction and quality appraisal
  4. Prepare PRISMA flow diagrams, evidence tables and SLR reports
  5. Support meta-analysis and network meta-analysis with the biostatistics team
  6. Review the work of junior reviewers and give constructive feedback
  7. Keep an audit-ready record of every search, screening and extraction decision
  8. Communicate progress and findings clearly to project leads and clients

Requirements

Must have

  • Any graduate degree
  • 2-4+ years of hands-on systematic literature review experience
  • Working knowledge of PRISMA, Cochrane methods and HTA guidance (NICE, ISPOR)
  • Strong skills in database searching and study screening
  • Clear scientific writing and good attention to detail
  • Willing to work from our Hyderabad office

Good to have

  • Background in life sciences, pharmacy or public health
  • Experience with Covidence, DistillerSR or RevMan
  • Exposure to meta-analysis, NMA or critical appraisal tools
  • Experience guiding or reviewing the work of junior team members
