About the role

CliniWings Evidence Consultancy is looking for a HEOR Analyst to join our evidence team in Hyderabad. This is an entry-level role for graduates who want to build a career in health economics and outcomes research.

You will support literature searches, evidence extraction and HEOR deliverables for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Senior scientists will guide your work, review your output and mentor you as you take on more responsibility.

Key responsibilities

  1. Run targeted literature searches and screen records against agreed criteria
  2. Extract data from published studies into structured evidence tables
  3. Prepare accurate inputs for cost-effectiveness and budget impact models
  4. Help draft value dossiers, reports, slide decks and publications
  5. Check tables, figures and references for accuracy before client delivery
  6. Keep project trackers, meeting notes and action lists up to date
  7. Follow documented processes so every step can be traced and audited
  8. Learn HEOR methods and tools through on-the-job training

Requirements

Must have

  • Any graduate degree
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to work from our Hyderabad office

Good to have

  • Background in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics or statistics
  • Basic knowledge of R, SAS or Python
  • Awareness of systematic reviews, HEOR or real-world evidence
  • Internship or academic project in research
